Welcome to the CSRDP On-Line Registration Portal for Automne 2022
This portal is for:

  • Players / coaches / referees, or former members of CSRDP who were not members of another club during Summer 2022

  • Players who have played in another Club during Summer 2022 must register in person, during our opening hours: Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Registration Steps:
1. To register please select Renew or New and follow the on-screen instructions to proceed. VERY IMPORTANT: Once complete, proceed to step 3 for payment.
If you know your soccer passport number or that of the member, you can search using the Summer 2022 Passport option. It is important to add a two zeros (00) prefix to the passport number in the field (ex: 123456 becomes 00123456).
2. Click on PAY AND PROCEED to proceed with the payment of your registration. You will be asked to provide your credit card number and you will receive a transaction confirmation by email. If you have not performed this step, you are not considered registered. Please refer to the registration guide for more details.
